About Beauty in the Universe
Beauty in the Universe is an educational organisation with several basic values. These values describe not only the environment and culture at Beauty in the Universe, they also describe our methodology and practice at a foundational level. Everything Beauty in the Universe does is powered by the core values upon which it was founded. These values form the basis of The Beautiful Way. Elements of The Beautiful Way are kept in-house. Everybody at Beauty in the Universe is a partner and partners undertake a programme of education as part of their role in the organisation. This not only benefits us, but should a person leave then they will depart not only with our highest praise and commendation, they will also be better equipped and educated than they were when they arrived.
3. Innovation from within
Everybody at Beauty in the Universe gets 20% of their time to develop any project of their choice, in any academic discipline and any format. One person dictating innovation is purely limitation. A whole team of innovators makes for a growth curve of greater proportions than one individual can inspire.
4. Strength through friendships
Beauty in the Universe currently benefits from the friendship and endorsement of Sir Patrick Moore and the University of Central Lancashire. Friendship with other excellent innovators brings strength.

Everything a partner accomplishes personally or professionally is celebrated and acknowledged.
